NW Critter Advocates is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to supporting the well-being of animals throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our mission is to strengthen the network of local wildlife rehabbers, animal rescues, and community organizations that work tirelessly to provide care, rehabilitation, and safe refuge for animals in need.
To sustain this work, we actively raise funds and gather resources that directly benefit these partners. We welcome contributions in many forms, including monetary donations, items suitable for auctions or raffles, and any other goods or services you may wish to donate. Every donation- large or small- helps us expand our impact and continue advocating for the animals who rely on compassionate community support.

Squirrel Fest 2026 in Longview Washington
Squirrel Fest is our flagship annual event, and throughout the year we raise additional funds through raffles, auctions, and restaurant‑partner nights — all supporting licensed rehabbers and the volunteers who transport wildlife to qualified care.

We sell wildlife‑themed products to generate essential funding for the licensed rehabilitators who provide medical care and for the volunteers who transport animals safely to them. Each purchase helps ensure that injured and orphaned wildlife reach the right experts at the right time
Transparency & Stewardship
We protect every donation — and every purchase of our wildlife‑themed products — with rigorous care, ensuring that funds flow directly to licensed rehabbers and the volunteers who transport animals to qualified care. From Squirrel Fest, our flagship annual celebration, to raffles, auctions, and restaurant‑partner nights, every fundraising effort is designed to strengthen the rehabilitation network. Because we raise funds to offset medical and care costs while supporting transport volunteers with supplies and training, supporters can trust that their contributions create measurable impact
Inclusive Collaboration
Wildlife rescue thrives when communities come together. Through species‑specific guidance, transport coordination, and creative fundraising — including Squirrel Fest, raffles, auctions, and restaurant nights — we connect people with the licensed rehabilitators who provide specialized care. As NWCA acts as a communication hub, ensuring animals reach rehabbers quickly and safely, our events become gathering points where compassion, education, and collaboration intersect. Every dollar raised fuels the shared effort to help wildlife reach the right experts at the right time.
Lifelong Service
Our commitment to lifelong service includes raising funds through wildlife‑themed products and community‑driven events like Squirrel Fest, raffles, auctions, and restaurant nights. Our mission is simple: Educate. Connect. Support. By turning creativity and community engagement into practical resources, we empower licensed rehabbers and transport volunteers to continue their vital work. Each event strengthens a network built on enduring dedication, ensuring that compassion for wildlife becomes a lasting, generational impact across the Pacific Northwest
